Enquiry Desk provides digital services only. Nothing is physically shipped.

• After payment, you’re taken straight to a booking page to pick a 30-minute slot. If it doesn’t open, email us your payment ID and we’ll send you the booking link the same day.

• The audit is delivered as a Google Meet video call at the time you book. Slots are offered up to 14 days ahead.

• Before the call, we send your business a test enquiry on WhatsApp or your website so we can show you real results.

• If you request a quote, we send it by email within 24 hours of the call.

• Enquiry Desk setup and ongoing service are delivered online under a separate written proposal and agreement.
